HELLO BIENDEMARATON CANDIDATE DANCER;
BienDeMaraton Vol.8 Long pre-registration applications will be made between 1st of June and 20th of October. #biendmarathon will be longer and bigger this year. During the event, which will last approximately 5 days, we plan to spend Monday morning together with a brunch event. It could be brunch with tango. We will have the finale with an after-party on Monday night. Due to the half-day holiday on Monday before Tuesday, October 29; Our event will start with the pre-milonga on Thursday, October 24th (open to everyone) and will continue until midnight on Monday, October 28th. It will be a completely closed event except for the pre-milonga on Thursday evening. Holiday for Turkey: half day 28 th October and full day 29 th October)
REGISTRATION
This year we will not have a “guest list” as we want to increase diversity in dancers
ATTENTION
You will receive an e-mail confirming that your pre-registration application has been received by us. This does not mean that your registration is finalized. If your registration is finalized as a result of your application, payment information will be included in this second e-mail. When you make your payment within the specified
period, we will be able to be with you at BienDeMaraton Vol.8 Long.
IMPORTANT
There will be no priority or privilege regarding date (such as applying on the first or last day) in applications, the Pool System is applied in applications.
POOL SYSTEM
All pre-registrations will be collected in a pool with criteria such as city, leader/follower, experience; You will be contacted periodically for final registration. The pool will be opened to dancers who meet well qualified conditions on certain dates and the registration results will be notified to them via e-mail. Since participation requests will accumulate in a pool, if there are many applications, a draw may be held among the eligible participants. Conditions that will provide definitive registration advantages:

City quota (balanced distribution of participants from different cities)

Participation with partners

Reference (trainer/organizer)

Having participated in a previous biendemarathon

5 years of dance experience

3 or 4 nights accommodation at BiendeMaraton hotel

OTHER TOPICS
*Considering the length of the marathon this year, the marathon pass fee will be 3,500 TL for those who want to pay with 100 Euros or TL.
*The marathon fee includes Thursday-Friday-Saturday-Sunday-Monday milongas, snacks and drinks such as water, tea and coffee, but accommodation and monday morning group brunch is not included.
*Elit Palas is a marathon hotel and affordable prices were received from the hotel for accommodation. Accommodation will be available at a discounted price when it is stated that you have registered for the marathon. However, BiendeMaraton does not interfere with the content of hotel accommodations. (Day, accommodation with a partner, etc.) We recommend that you do not make a hotel reservation before your pre-registration is approved.

If you miss the payment deadline, your application will be cancelled. It will not be possible to make a refund or transfer of rights.
Hotel rooms will be reserved for previously for two and three person. If some places available for single stay it will be the last option.
Dancers at least for 3 years dancing is a compulsory for the pre-registraiton.
